Mobile Future Weighs in on 3.5 GHz Spectrum Band

Today, Mobile Future filed comments at the Federal Communications Commission regarding the proposal to open the 3.5 GHz band for commercial broadband use in an effort to ease the spectrum shortage facing American consumers. Arguing against a spectrum set-aside in the band, Mobile Future urges a number of steps to simplify and expedite the licensing process.  Additionally, the FCC should phase-in its proposed three-tier system with broad eligibility for the priority access tier, to facilitate the necessary investment and innovation in the band.
