According to a new Gallup study, an increasing number of Americans are turning to mobile to help maintain good health. Some of the most popular health apps include calorie counting/tracking, healthy recipe lists, and food and exercise diaries.
As the report highlighted, of American adults:
- 34% have downloaded at least one healthy living app
- 19% routinely use at least one healthy living app
- 1 in five regularly use mobile tech to improve their well-being.
