With Trapster your cell phone will alert you when you approach police speed traps on the road. Trapster uses a social network to share drivers’ tips about speed trap locations in real time and on the go. A radar detector won’t always work with the latest police equipment, but if you sign up free with Trapster you’ll have real time, user provided answers that can’t be countered by police technology. Phone applications work with Apple’s iPhone, Windows Mobile, the BlackBerry, the Nokia N95 and other S60 smart phones. Additionally, it works with GPS services such as Garmin and TomTom.
