As BusinessWire reports, small business owners view themselves as early adopters of innovative technology and 75% use mobile technology to run their business, including banking and social networking activities. Constant Contact finds that 82% of small businesses use multi-marketing channels, including mobile and social media, to reach customers and that 73% say their efforts have been a success.
