With your help, this past Cyber Monday marked the largest of U.S. online sales day in history. And a whopping $799 million worth of purchases were made from mobile devices this year. Pretty impressive, right? According to IBM Mobile, Cyber Monday traffic accounted for nearly 50% of all online traffic.
The latest research shows that customers are becoming increasingly more comfortable with not only searching for products via mobile, but making purchases online as well. With wireless connectivity accounting for nearly half of all online traffic this past Monday and mobile sales trending upward overall, we can only imagine what those numbers will look like as we go into Christmas season.
